I'm not sure it's available here but CdG shouldn't be a problem. Thanks for the clarification! :)Ineshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12119611878721554991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8638187488800760223.post-79486725242961730782009-04-24T15:45:00.000+02:002009-04-24T15:45:00.000+02:00A note on Palisander, maybe you can detect it with...A note on Palisander, maybe you can detect it with some help: it is a tropical hard-wood which smells absolutely wonderful. The scent is very rich and nuanced with an onverwhelmingly creamy impression. Further it has very pronounced ambery/resinous accents.

CdG and Ava Luxe both have fragrances which focus on the wood (Red Series: Palisander by CdG and Palisander by Ava Luxe). I prefer the Ava Luxe. It is probably my favorite perfume by Ava Luxe, although her gardenias and her gourmand orientals are so amazing it is quite hard to pick. Scrap that. Just about everything she makes is amazing :PDivinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14846908655432168778noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8638187488800760223.post-64765438044772469802009-04-24T15:43:00.000+02:002009-04-24T15:43:00.000+02:00Can't wait to read more about your sniffing on...Can't wait to read more about your sniffing on your blog - and I'm so jealous about the H&M adventure even though I won't be learning how to keep my money to myself. There is no H&M in Croatia and well, those that I once in a while manage to get to, never have collections by designers. Enjoy it - I read a comment in newspapers todays (attributed to Sarah Jessica Parker) - sth in the form of: I love to see my money in the form of clothes in my closet. ;) So true!
Hugs!Ineshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12119611878721554991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8638187488800760223.post-50708033036132915992009-04-24T15:36:00.000+02:002009-04-24T15:36:00.000+02:00Oh my goodness, how exciting, I've never even hear...Oh my goodness, how exciting, I've never even heard of these perfumes?! Yes yes yes, enter me in the draw please :)

On other news, I did NOT manage to abstain yesterday, so I am afraid I have absolutely no wisdom to impart on how to keep the damned wallet firmly closed. Right as I was starting my "window shopping" I found the Matthew Williamson for H&M capsule collection. I mostly don't even bother to go to the designer collections at H&M because the PANIC that ensues is more than I can bear and my last experience (Victor&Rolf, what was it, 2 years ago?) completely put me off it. But what luck, the shop was NOT busy. So I scored the very last electric blue silk blazer and I am completely in love with it. Buzzing, liteterally, with excitement. It is gorgeous. It also cost 99 euro. OUCH! OUCH, I say. I did a lot of sniffing too. Hope I'll get to blog about it this weekend.

KISS!!!Divinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14846908655432168778noreply@blogger.com
